Angela has over 12 years' experience in the IT/IM/Security sector, and
is PMP-trained, ITIL certified, SECRET-cleared and bilingual. She
holds a Masters degree in Public Administration and an undergraduate
degree specializing in Business Administration, and is a certified
facilitator and mediator. At ease with managing and providing
business analysis for projects (she has led projects of up to 15
million dollars), Angela thoroughly enjoys the process of facilitating
diverse groups and professionals in getting things done. She has a
wide breadth of experience - encompassing release management, product
management, marketing, portals and application development, social
media (Web 2.0/3.0), information management/metadata, educational
resources, secure infrastructure, privacy, identity management,
enterprise architecture and standards development - and this allows
her to easily communicate amongst different levels and groups within
the organization. Passionate about collaboration and treating people

Ms. Johnson has been involved in information technology and systems for over twenty
years. Her expertise includes needs and requirements studies, environmental and technical
capacity planning, migration planning, online systems design, policies and procedures
development, and application systems project management. Mr. Mellings is a senior information systems professional with substantial private and
public sector experience. He has executive level experience in optimizing and delivering
services and has a broad range of work experience that includes strategic planning,
business process re-engineering, asset management, performance management, and systems
development. Mr.
Milsom is a multi-disciplinary operational programme and project
executive and executive management consultant. His experience includes
IM/IT management and consulting, with engagements throughout North
America. These engagements range from short term and simple projects to
large-scale multi-project, multi-year, highly complex and challenging
environments across the risk spectrum. Over Mr. Milsom’s 21+ year
career he has held a variety of positions in different technical
fields, acquiring a broad understanding of the IM/IT arena. Mr. Potter has over twenty-eight years of information systems experience. He is
particularly skilled at managing projects in a systems environment. With both a systems
and marketing background, he can use his strong communication skills to work with all

Skinner is a Management Consultant with over 32 years experience in the
public sector. As an executive involved in a number of policy
initiatives, Mr. Skinner has provided strategic advice to Ministers and
senior officials in a variety of domains including Information
Technology and Management, International Trade and Finance, Industry
Analysis, Policy Analysis and Development, and Regulatory Affairs. Mr Thibault has over twenty-five years' experience in the design, development, and marketing
of digital systems. With extensive experience in both business and technology, he can
provide a broad spectrum of management consulting and technical services, particularly
during the inception and elaboration stages of a project.
