Angela has over 12 years' experience in the IT/IM/Security sector, and is PMP-trained, ITIL certified, SECRET-cleared and bilingual. She holds a Masters degree in Public Administration and an undergraduate degree specializing in Business Administration, and is a certified facilitator and mediator. At ease with managing and providing business analysis for projects (she has led projects of up to 15 million dollars), Angela thoroughly enjoys the process of facilitating diverse groups and professionals in getting things done.
